Computer trick creating empty files with any size

Weird isn't it? The file is empty but the file is 1 GB. Not really, evem 100 GB can be made as long as your hard drive computer have enough free space to store it.
Question is, why create an empty file with big size? Hmmm... you know the answer better.
So how to creating empty files with big size?
Aditia Pikarin will show you how to do that in Windows 7:

1. Open commad prompt in your computer (or victim's) by click strat menu and type cmd.

2. Type the drive letter where you want to place the file on the computer.

3. Create a file name and size with the command fsutil file createnew
 as an example: Aditia Pikarin will make mp3 file, name it with test and with 1 MB size. then the command will be fsutil file createnew test.mp3 1048576
4. Then you're done! Remember that you can create many file with any size you want as long as the computer hard drive have enough space.
